Metal, has been in the ground and rocks since the beginning of the earth. Man comes along, digs up these rocks, crushes and heats them to extract a molten metal product. Pouring it into various shapes, pressing, hammering, stretching and drawing over mandrels to create an end metal product. This is where D Lester steps in, having fun with these shapes and metals to create, exciting, whimsical, large and small metal works of art.
David (D Lester) Williams, a beloved member of the Creative Arts Group family, passed away on June 21, 2019. David came to Creative Arts Group more than 40 years ago, initially as an artist and instructor in art welding and later as an ImaginArt instructor. LEARN MORE
